Mingjun Sun is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in critical case management and technical support. From January 2008 to December 2017, Mingjun contributed to SAP as a Software Engineer in the BW CoE under SAP AGS. A brief tenure at eBay CDC in 2007-2008 as a Critical Case Manager for SAP Cloud provided valuable expertise in managing significant customer situations.
