Mio Higaki

Mio Higaki is an accomplished professional in the field of information technology and human resources, currently serving as an Assistant IT Manager at System Shared since April 2021, where a focus on continuous improvement initiatives in Quality Engineering has been demonstrated. Mio has also held the position of HR Business Partner, facilitating new employee onboarding and fostering team performance and satisfaction. Recently, Mio transitioned to the role of Customer Success Manager at SAP, starting in March 2024. Educationally, Mio holds a Bachelor of Education degree in Family and Consumer Sciences/Human Sciences from California State University, Long Beach, earned between 2018 and 2020.
