MO Schäfer studied English and German literature and linguistics at the University of Tübingen, Germany. They joined SAP in 2000, where they have taken on various roles, including product manager for SAP Solution Manager and Chief of Staff for Customer Experience & Solutions. MO has authored multiple SAP Press publications and co-authored the best-selling book on SAP Solution Manager. Since 2025, they serve as the Head of Strategy & Purpose for Customer Experience & Solutions and became an Erickson Professional Coach in 2019.
