Phil Covert

Phil Covert is passionate about using data to enhance business decision-making and impact. With over 15 years of customer-facing experience, they currently serve as the Sr. Director of Business Insights at SAP, applying machine learning and predictive analytics to drive customer success. Previously, Phil owned Covert Innovations LLC and held various leadership roles at companies like IBM and Perfect Commerce, showcasing a strong background in business process consulting and supplier operations. Phil is also a recipient of the 2021 Hasso Plattner Founder's Award for Operational Excellence at SAP. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance at Northern Arizona University.
