Prashant Agarwal is currently a Digital Enterprise Architect at SAP, where they focus on learning, collaboration, and helping customers innovate and transform through cloud technologies and Business AI. Previously, they served as a Business Process Consultant for over a decade at the SAP Solution Delivery Centre, specializing in the procure-to-pay domain across various industries. Additionally, Prashant held the role of Customer Success Manager, where they partnered with clients to drive product adoption and enhance their SAP experience. Prashant earned a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Global Institute of Technology, Jaipur, and completed earlier education at Saint Pauls Senior Secondary School and Modi Public School.
