Rachel Conner

Rachel Conner is a Senior Finance Operations Specialist at SAP, where they have worked since 2008. Previously, they served as a Dispute Manager for North America, overseeing the transition of accounts to a shared service team and resolving complex billing issues. Prior to SAP, Rachel was the Accounts Receivable Manager at Steel City Media Ltd from 2006 to 2008. They hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Point Park University, where they achieved a 4.0 GPA, and an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Duff's Business Institute, graduating with high honors.
