Réka Andó

Réka Andó is currently the Solution Support Engineering Manager at SAP, where they oversee support operations for PLM MAN in the Private Cloud ERP environment. Prior to this role, Réka served as a Support Team Manager for S/4 HANA Public Cloud and spent over a decade as a Senior Support Engineer, specializing in customer support and root cause analysis across various industry solutions. They began their career as a Controller at Wienerberger zRT from 2003 to 2006. Réka holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Corvinus University of Budapest, which they completed in 2003.
