Rick Matney

Rick Matney is a multipotentialite and change leader with extensive experience in organizational change management and transformation. They served as a manager at Herson's Honda Kia, followed by roles in human resources at RTM Construction Services and as a senior consultant at Tri Tuns, LLC. Their notable positions include Change and Transformation Lead at SAP and founder of Elevation Expeditions, where they focus on driving large-scale awareness-based systems change. Currently, Rick leads culture and change initiatives in SAP's People and Operations Board Area while pursuing degrees in Economics and Business Administration from Towson University and the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, respectively, as well as a Master's in Organizational Management from The George Washington University.
