Ricky Patel is currently the Global Head of Cloud Platform Operations, having held several leadership roles in IT operations and project management, including Global Head of Cloud Collaboration Platforms and Global Head of Service Architecture. Ricky began their career at Arcadia Group Ltd as IT Support before advancing to roles at Business Objects, where they served as EMEA IT Operations and EMEA Service Delivery Manager. Ricky also worked as a Project Manager at SAP from 2009 to 2011. Ricky earned a BSc (HONS) in Business & IT Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completing their studies in 2002.
