Rob Salter

Rob Salter is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, business development, and operational roles across various industries, including maritime, technology, and telecommunications. Beginning as a Yacht Crew member on the superyacht Avalon, Rob transitioned into sales positions at companies like Experian QAS UK and Edwards, subsequently holding senior sales director roles at Digital Barriers plc, SmartTrust, and Nokia, where notable success was achieved in the ASEAN and Middle East & Africa regions. As a founder and director of Salter & Bond Ltd, Rob established and sold a successful yacht chandlery, and most recently, served as a Global Account Executive at SAP. Rob holds a BEng in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Southampton.
