Robert B. Armstrong

Robert B. Armstrong is currently an Adjunct Professor at the University of North Texas at Dallas, where they teach the fundamentals of Texas State Government. They have a diverse background in public affairs, having served as the Director of Public Affairs at the Texas Department of Information Resources and as a Senior Consultant at Strategic Partnerships. Additionally, Robert was the Legislative Director and General Counsel for the Texas House of Representatives from 2008 to 2016, and earlier completed a legal internship with the Texas Senate Committee on Transportation & Homeland Security. They are also involved in U.S. State Government Affairs at SAP since 2021 and hold a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Doctor of Law from Texas Christian University and The University of Texas School of Law, respectively.
