Rodrigo Redorat

Rodrigo Redorat has extensive experience in human capital management, specializing in compensation and benefits across various sectors. From May 2005 to November 2013, Rodrigo served as a Team Leader at Hay Group, focusing on delivering human capital projects and ensuring compliance of the compensation database. Following this, Rodrigo held the role of Latam Compensation & Benefits Manager at Atos from December 2013 to March 2015, where responsibilities included salary benchmarks and M&A processes related to compensation. From March 2015 to March 2018, Rodrigo worked at SAP as Brazil Total Rewards Lead and later as Head of Total Rewards for Latin America, defining compensation strategies and consulting with business leaders. Currently, since September 2021, Rodrigo serves as HR Director - Regional HR Business Partner at SAP, supporting teams across Latin America in alignment with the company's HR strategy. Rodrigo's education includes degrees in Computer Science and an Executive MBA from prestigious institutions.
