Roelle Kim

Roelle Kim is an experienced professional with a diverse background in retail and technology. At UNIQLO from July 2018 to June 2019, Roelle served as Division Lead, Sales Lead, and Visuals, successfully managing customer complaints, collaborating on sales strategies that contributed to significant store revenue, enhancing visual merchandising, training staff, and handling cash operations. Subsequently, at Absolute Software from May 2020 to April 2021, Roelle worked as an IT Helpdesk - Database Operations Co-op, where the implementation of a new deployment approval system in JIRA significantly improved processing efficiency. Currently, Roelle is employed as a Full Stack Developer at SAP, following a completion of a Diploma in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology at the British Columbia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Management and Organizational Studies from Western University.
