Roselle Junio

Ma. Roselle Junio serves as the Global Head of Quality, Training, and Optimization for Audit and Capture Services at SAP, where they lead initiatives that enhance quality standards and operational excellence. Previously, Ma. Roselle held various roles including Sr. Manager for Global Quality, Training, and Performance Improvement at SAP, and has extensive experience in customer service and operations management across multiple organizations. They began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Skytel Philippines and have progressed through roles in operations management at renowned companies such as TELUS International and People Support Inc. Ma. Roselle graduated from the University of the Philippines in 1998.
