Roxana Raicea

Roxana Raicea is a facilities management professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Beginning a career with A&A Evoconstruct, Roxana designed concrete and steel structures for significant projects in Bucharest. Subsequent roles in facilities management include positions at CBRE Global Workplace Solutions, Jones Lang LaSalle, and Cushman & Wakefield, overseeing major accounts such as Pfizer, Coca-Cola, and Adobe. Currently serving as Head of Facility at SAP Romania, Roxana has demonstrated expertise in operational risk management, financial oversight, space planning, and the implementation of facility management systems while fostering collaboration across various teams and stakeholders. Roxana holds a Master's degree in Project Management in Construction and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Universitatea Tehnică de Construcții din București.
