Ruaa Alsaleh

Ruaa Alsaleh, SPHRi, is a Global HR leader with over 14 years of experience in transformative initiatives across international business contexts. Ruaa has served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at SABIC, driving talent strategies, and held several senior roles at UiPath. They have also worked as Head of People at 3 Men Movers and as a Senior Human Resources Specialist at National Care EMS. Currently, Ruaa is a Director of HR Business Partner at SAP and an Adjunct Professor in Talent Management at the University of Houston, while pursuing a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management and Employment Relations from Penn State University.
