With a degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering from the University of Toronto, Rybo has extensive experience leading global transformation projects and is also a certified leadership coach. Beyond their corporate role, Rybo empowers individuals across various fields through coaching to embrace transformation and personal growth. As a retired Olympic weightlifter and two-time gold medalist, Rybo applies the principles of intentional design and resilience in both their coaching and speaking engagements.
