Sandra Pavía

Sandra Pavía began their professional career at the SAP PreSales Academy, where they gained essential hard and soft skills to become a successful Solution Advisor. After completing this program, they worked in various roles within SAP and are currently part of the Global Customer Success Learning team, focusing on leadership and professional skills for Customer Advisory professionals worldwide. Prior to SAP, Sandra interned at Johnson & Johnson and participated in the Summer International College Program at Walt Disney World, enhancing their customer service and presentation skills. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México.
