Scott Flathers is currently the COO of Customer Advisory for North America at SAP, a role they hold in Greater Boston. Previously, they served in various positions at SAP from 2001 to 2006, including Executive Solution Engineer, Vice President of Sales for Retail, and Global Head of CX Presales.
