Scott Smallwood has over 25 years of experience in technical and systems administration roles. Beginning as a Technical Support Manager at Thunderware Inc from April 1986 to March 1994, responsibilities included managing post-sale user satisfaction and RMA processes, along with hands-on assembly and repair of electronic devices. From June 1994 to June 2010, Scott served as a Messaging Systems Administrator at Sybase, supporting the Lotus Notes/Domino infrastructure while designing and maintaining messaging systems. Since June 2010, Scott has worked at SAP as a Mobile Systems Administrator, offering support for a diverse range of mobile devices through Jamf Pro and Microsoft End Point Manager, while also providing advanced support for internal users. Scott holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Management from Sonoma State University and has additional education in Business Administration from UC Santa Barbara.
