Sean Usowski is currently the Director of Strategic Customer Program for the Midwest at SAP, having previously served as the Associate Director for the North American Strategic Customer Program. Before their current role, they held various positions at SAP, including Chief of Staff and Customer Officer for the Global Strategic Customer Program, where they collaborated with executive teams to drive strategic initiatives. Sean began their career at National Grid as an IT Commercial Contract Management Analyst and later worked as a Revenue Requirements Analyst. They earned a Bachelor's of Science in Energy Business and Finance from Penn State University and studied International/Global Studies at Anglo-American University in Prague.
