With five years at SAP, Shanna guided customers through onboarding processes, enhancing satisfaction and retention through best practices and enablement strategies. They have also held various roles in notable organizations, including Porsche AG and Parfums Christian Dior, focusing on project management and customer engagement. Shanna holds a Master of Arts in International Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management.
