Shimon Machida is the Head of SAP CX Services for Japan, Greater China, and Korea, overseeing all consulting services related to Customer Experience solutions. Previously, Shimon served in various roles at SAP, including Director of Services and Regional Marketing Services Practice Lead for Asia. Earlier in their career, Shimon worked as a Software Engineer at Yahoo! JAPAN and as a System Engineer at JIEC Co Ltd. Currently, Shimon is pursuing a Master of Technology in Information Systems and a Doctor of Philosophy at the Advanced Institute of Industrial Technology and The Graduate University for Advanced Studies, respectively.
