Simone Engelhardt is an experienced executive with a strong background in customer engagement and operations management at SAP. Currently serving as the SVP & Head of Customer Engagement Support, CSS since January 2016, Simone has held various leadership positions within SAP, including Head of DBS Industry Cloud Liaison and Chief Operating Officer for Scale, Quality & Support.
