Sin Cheng Tan has an extensive legal and compliance background, currently serving as a Monitorship Compliance Officer and previously as a Field Compliance Officer for Greater China at SAP from August 2020 to January 2024. Tan also held the position of Chief of Staff to the APJ Chief Operating Officer during a fellowship at the same company. Prior experience includes serving as Assistant General Counsel at Epson Singapore from March 2009 to August 2011, and as an Associate at TSMP Law Corporation and Chui Sim Goh & Lim (now known as Aptus Law Corporation) from 2003 to 2009. Tan earned an LLB in Law from the National University of Singapore from January 1998 to January 2002.
