Smitha Nair

Smitha Nair is a seasoned IT professional with over a decade of experience, currently serving as Co-Service Owner for the Client Management Team and Product Owner for the Windows Experience Team at SAP Singapore. Smitha began their career as a computer consultant at Hewlett Packard, later gaining experience as a Patch Management Consultant at HCL Infosystems and an SPMS Consultant at DBS Bank. They hold a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Government Engineering College, Sreekrishnapuram. Known for their expertise in Microsoft Intune, device management, and operational excellence, Smitha has successfully led multiple projects while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
