Srivatsa V is the Head of Support for Sales & Service Cloud in Customer Experience at SAP Labs India. They began their career as a Technical Support Consultant at Hewlett-Packard from 2003 to 2004, providing support for HP Notebooks and handheld devices. Between 2004 and 2006, they worked at SAP Labs India as a Development Specialist and later held various roles related to quality governance and production. From 2017 to 2019, they led HCM Cloud Support for the APJ region at SAP SuccessFactors. Srivatsa earned their degree from R. V. College of Engineering in Bangalore, completing their studies in 2003.
