Stefan Schnabel

Stefan Schnabel is a user experience design expert with extensive domain knowledge in accessibility and universal design, recognized for involvement in the development of international guidelines and standards. They began their career as a postdoctoral researcher at ENSIC, focusing on membrane synthesis for industrial processes, and later worked as a multimedia developer at Bausparkasse Schwäbisch Hall, where they created 2D and 3D animations as well as kiosks and web shops. Stefan has also contributed to SAP as a user experience design expert. They hold a Doctor's degree in Physical Chemistry from Heidelberg University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Stuttgart. In addition to their professional pursuits, Stefan enjoys playing cocktail piano and dancing.
