Stephanie Daum

Stephanie Daum is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in user assistance development and quality assurance. Currently serving as a User Assistance Development Architect at SAP AG since April 2006, Stephanie also holds the position of Manager for Quality Assurance, Documentation, and Delivery at SAP since February 2021. Prior to these roles, Stephanie worked in copywriting and project management at hgw Werbe- und Projektgesellschaft from October 2004 to March 2006. Stephanie earned a Master of Arts in German and English language and literature, as well as the history of arts from Ruprecht-Karls-Universität Heidelberg between 1999 and 2004, following the completion of Abitur at Städtisches Gymnasium Goch from 1990 to 1999.
