Stephanie Schmid has over two decades of experience at SAP, currently serving as SAP Customer Reference Manager for EMEA & MEE and as a Communication & Presentation Trainer. In this dual role, Stephanie enables individuals to craft and deliver audience-focused presentations, providing guidance on storytelling and effective media usage. Additionally, as part of SAP's Learning Organization, Stephanie enhances the productivity of new hires in the sales division and offers coaching for virtual customer engagement. Previous roles at SAP include Senior Customer Reference Manager and Marketing Specialist, alongside experience as a Marketing Manager at MINOX GmbH. Stephanie holds a certification in Communication & Rhetoric from Studiengemeinschaft Darmstadt GmbH and a High School Diploma from the University of Gießen, with a focus on English, Russian, and Economics. Currently, Stephanie is also the owner and trainer at s3 | CommunicationCoaching, which was established in May 2020.
