Sunil Geness Rainmaker

Sunil Geness Rainmaker is the Director of Global Government Affairs & CSR Africa and Global Sustainability Lead Africa at SAP, leveraging extensive experience in both corporate and public sectors. They have represented the South African Government and SAP at high-level meetings across numerous significant international organizations. Geness began their career as a physical science and electronics teacher, later holding various influential roles, including Government Relations Manager at the South African State Information Technology Agency (SITA) and Director of Corporate Affairs at SAP. They hold several advanced degrees, including a Master of Management from the University of Witwatersrand, and have been recognized with scholarships from leading global business schools. As a passionate advocate for sustainability, Geness plays an active role in multiple organizations, including serving as a board member for Leadership for Conservation in Africa and Young Heroes of Swaziland.
