Susan Ramroop is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience across multiple companies, including Microsoft, Sybase, Blue Cedar Networks, CDW, and SAP. Starting as a Marketing Assistant at Microsoft, Ramroop gained valuable expertise in campaign execution, customer communication, and event logistics. At Sybase, Ramroop further developed skills in product marketing support, collateral creation, and market analysis. Subsequent roles at Blue Cedar Networks and CDW included managing product development and partner relations. Most recently, Ramroop serves as the Head of Global CX Event Strategy at SAP, after progressing from Senior Product Marketing Manager for SAP Customer Experience.
