Susanne Labonde

Susanne Labonde is an accomplished professional currently serving as an Audience Relations Expert and Human Resources Recruiting Consultant for SAP since November 2015, focusing on building Talent Networks and supporting professional talent in Germany. Previously, Susanne was the Senior Director of Global Talent Networks at SAP, where a new strategy and execution model were launched to enhance candidate experiences. Prior experience includes serving as Executive Director at the World Childhood Foundation Germany from January 2014 to November 2015, an organization dedicated to children's rights and protection. Additionally, Susanne held the position of Global Head of Employer Branding at SAP from September 1998 to December 2013, where responsibilities included developing global employer brand strategies. Susanne holds a Diplom/BA in Marketing and Marketing Management from the Akademie für Marketing Kommunikation.
