Sweta Thakare, CSPO® and PMP certified, has extensive experience in software engineering and consulting across various roles. Beginning as a Software Engineer at Patni Computer System - Talk Talk from January 2010 to January 2012, Sweta progressed to a Senior Software Engineer at IGATE from January 2012 to August 2013. Following this, a position as a Business System Analyst at Equinix was held from January 2015 to July 2018. Sweta returned to SAP in July 2018 as a Senior Consultant and later took on the role of Principal Consultant in April 2025. Additionally, Sweta has been recognized as a Senior Business Process Consultant in the San Francisco Bay Area, highlighting a diverse skill set in both technical and business processes. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Nagpur University, completed in 2009.
