Sylvia Fleck

Support Team Manager

Sylvia Fleck has extensive experience in both the aviation and technology sectors. Initially working as a flight attendant for Japan Airlines from June 1998 to November 2007, Sylvia embraced the opportunity to travel and immerse in Japanese culture. Sylvia later served as a flight attendant and support team manager for Azul Airlines, where notably contributed as chief purser on the first flight. Following roles at SAP and Stefanini as a support consultant and bilingual support technician respectively, Sylvia held various managerial positions, including manager of application support at SAP Fieldglass. Educationally, Sylvia holds a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Unisinos and has completed an Executive MBA in Leadership, Innovation, and Management 3.0 at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
