Terry Penna

Principal Support Engineer

Terry Penna has over three decades of diverse experience in technical and support roles. Terry served in the United States Air Force from April 1983 to June 1993 as a Staff Sergeant, specializing in aircraft armament systems and instruction. Following military service, Terry worked as an IT Supervisor at Canyon Casino, overseeing essential IT and network systems. In March 2000, Terry joined Sybase as a Principal Support Engineer, developing extensive knowledge in various functional areas until May 2011, when Terry transitioned to SAP in a similar role. At SAP, Terry focuses on incident resolution, root cause analysis, and providing solutions in complex environments, while also handling critical incidents. Terry holds a degree in Computer Science from Regis University, earned between 1988 and 1990.
