Thorsten Spiess

Senior Support Manager

Thorsten Spiess is currently the Head of Customer Engagement Innovation Delivery at SAP, where they enable SAP's Engagement Management roles through process and application innovations to drive customer success. Thorsten previously held roles within SAP, including Principal Project Manager and Early Adopter Services Program Lead, and served as a Support Manager from 2018 to 2020.
