Tom Bennett

Tom Bennett is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in HR technology and consulting, currently serving as a Competitive & Customer Insights Specialist at SAP since May 2017. In this role, Tom conducts research on competitors and provides valuable insights to internal teams regarding SAP SuccessFactors. Prior to this, Tom held the position of Senior HXM Solutions Consultant at SAP, where responsibilities included engaging with prospective customers to demonstrate the capabilities of the SAP SuccessFactors HXM solution. Tom's earlier experience includes consulting for major mining companies as an HCM Solution Architect at Presence of IT and serving as a Senior Technical Specialist at The Walt Disney Company, where involvement in a large-scale SAP implementation project took place. With a background that also includes roles in technical support management and network administration, Tom has a well-rounded expertise in HR solutions and technology. Tom holds a degree from San Francisco State University, completed in 1992.
