Tom Brydges

Tom Brydges is a seasoned professional currently serving as a Senior Solution Engineer at SAP Customer Experience since 2020. They previously held various roles at Teradata Marketing Applications, including Account Manager, Key Account Manager, and Account Director from 2012 to 2014. Tom gained experience as a Customer Success Manager at Oracle from 2016 to 2018 and subsequently worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Tinyclues from 2018 to 2020. Earlier in their career, Tom worked at Webgains and Amazon.co.uk, where they developed foundational skills in account management and site merchandising.
