Tom Federle

Tom Federle is currently the Vice President of Customer Success for HCM East, specializing in SAP, SuccessFactors, S/4HANA Cloud, CRM, and Project Management. They have previously held various roles at MedRisk, including Project Manager and Advocate, and have worked at Wegmans Food Markets as a Restaurant Coordinator and Team Leader. Tom's experience also includes positions at SAP, where they served as Principal Customer Success Manager and Interim Regional Director for HCM Customer Success. They are pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing/Management at Penn State University.
