Tom Haythorn

Tom Haythorn is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the technology and consulting sectors, currently serving as the Head of APAC Digital Hub (Interim) at SAP since April 2025. Prior to this role, Tom held several senior positions at Workday, including Head of Digital Solution Advisory for Asia Pacific & Greater China, where strategic leadership and collaboration with executives were central to driving growth. Tom's tenure at SAP from 2013 to 2022 involved leading solution advisory initiatives, developing go-to-market strategies, and nurturing high-performing teams across various regions. Earlier career experiences include co-founding SIMON International Group Pty Ltd and roles at IBM, focusing on sales operations. Tom holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance & Information Technology from the University of Technology Sydney.
