Tom Nolan

Tom Nolan is a Senior Corporate Counsel at SAP, a position held since 2007. They previously served as Deputy General Counsel at OutlookSoft, which was acquired by SAP, and as Corporate Counsel at Student Marketing Group in 2004. Prior to that, Tom held the title of General Counsel at IMP from 1996 to 2003 and was Assistant General Counsel at Thomson Software Products for a brief period in 1995-1996. Tom earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree in Corporate Law and Intellectual Property from New York Law School between 1991 and 1995.
