Tracey Millar

Tracey Millar is currently the Talent Discovery Director at SAP for ANZ and SEA, where they also serve as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Lead for the APAC region. With a strong background in talent attraction and leadership, Tracey has held previous roles such as Managing Consultant at Recruitment Success Group and Market Search Executive Recruitment, as well as Senior Consultant at Olivier Recruitment. Tracey also contributed as the Marketing & Executive Director at the Australian Graduate School of Business Management from 2009 to 2010. They specialize in talent intelligence, executive relationship management, and employee branding.
