Tracy Simms is an experienced professional in customer success and sales, currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Partner for SAP CX since September 2024, focusing on building trusted relationships with customers and improving SAP CX subscriptions. Prior to this role, Tracy held various positions at ASAR Digital, including VP of Sales for Central - Mid Market, where responsibility included generating new business opportunities within the SAP S/4HANA and SAP CX spaces. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Customer Success Partner at SAP, a Consulting Practice Technical Manager at Oracle, and various IT project management and account management roles at U.S. Cellular, Lyons Consulting Group, MICROS eCommerce, TEKsystems, Alltel, and others. Tracy holds a certification in SAP Customer Engagement Skills and has a strong educational background from College of DuPage and Illinois Real Estate.
