Tula Hoid

Tula Hoid is a Senior Customer Success Manager with a strong background in customer success and support roles at SAP since 2016. They began their career at Deutsche Post as a Process Management Intern, where they contributed to significant internal projects and honed their communication and process management skills. Tula holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic Commerce from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and a Master of Science in Business Informatics from the University of Mannheim, along with a Bachelor of Arts in German Language and Literature from Huazhong University of Science and Technology.
