Varunee R. is currently the Lead Senior Legal Counsel for the Regulatory Office in the Asia-Pacific and Japan region at SAP, where they focus on regulatory affairs. Varunee previously worked as the Director of Policy, Regulatory and Government Affairs for Thailand and Vietnam at Microsoft from 2020 to 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Country Manager for Compliance Solutions-APAC & Policy at BSA | The Software Alliance from 2009 to 2020 and held the position of Communications Lead in the IT Department at Prudential Life Assurance Public Company Ltd. from 2000 to 2002. Varunee also worked as an Attorney-at-Law at Tilleke & Gibbins from 2002 to 2009.
