Vickram Hammes is currently the Global Strategic Partner Lead for SAP Customer Experience at SAP, where they help partners drive Cloud ERP business across MEE with a strong focus on growth. Previously, Vickram held roles such as Alliance Manager SAP CX DACH at IBM iX, Enterprise Account Executive at parasus GmbH, and several positions within SAP, including CX Partner Business Manager for Digital Agencies in EMEA. Vickram also gained experience at Vodafone in marketing and at Deutsche Post in corporate treasury. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Business & Management Studies from Fontys Venlo University of Applied Sciences between 2013 and 2018.
