Vidhya Appu is a UX Design Leader with extensive experience in leading design teams and fostering human-centered product innovation. Currently, Vidhya serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at IDC School of Design, IIT Bombay, while also holding the position of Director of UX Design at Roposo & Shop101. Vidhya has previously worked as Head of UX Design at Germin8 and as a UX Design Manager at SAP, among other roles, and has cultivated expertise in simplifying complex systems into intuitive experiences across diverse domains. Vidhya holds a Master’s degree in Interaction Design from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
