Volker Bach

Volker Bach is currently a Chief Project Expert in Development at SAP, where they handle program and delivery management for various products. They have been a Senior Lecturer in the MBA program for Applied Knowledge Management at the University Linz since 2003 and a Senior Lecturer ("Privatdozent") at the University of St. Gallen since 2004. Volker previously served as a Professor at Steinbeis University from 2011 to 2021, and also held roles as a Lecturer and Research Manager at the Institute for Information Management at the University of St. Gallen, as well as an Associate Professor of Banking & IT at the International University in Germany in 2001. They hold a doctoral degree in Information Management from the University St. Gallen and a Master’s degree in Information Management from the University Mannheim.
