Walter Sun

Walter Sun, Ph. D. serves as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of AI at SAP Product Engineering, bringing extensive experience in the field of artificial intelligence. Previously, Walter Sun held the position of Vice President of AI for Business Applications and Platform at Microsoft. Walter Sun contributes to academia as an Affiliate Faculty member at the University of Washington and as an Adjunct Professor at Seattle University. Walter Sun's educational background includes a Ph.D. and Engineer's degree in Electrical Engineering, with a minor in mathematics, as well as a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, both obtained from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Early in Walter Sun's career, experience was gained as a Research Assistant at MIT.
